Software studio · 14-day MVP
Prove the idea in 14 days.
We put a working product in front of real people before you spend a year building the wrong thing. If the signal is good, we stay and build the rest.

What we do
Every service a software company should actually offer.
The two-week build is the front door. Behind it is the rest of the work: design, web, mobile, AI, cloud, testing, and the months after launch.

Selected work
Products we have shipped.
Three recent builds. The rest, including websites, are on the work page.
E-commerce
Checkout Guard
A Shopify app that lets merchants block bad orders at checkout without writing code.

Family and consumer
Family Handbook
A platform where families write down their values and turn them into a printed handbook.
Personal finance
Kharcha
An offline expense tracker that answers one question: where did my money go?
The sprint
Fourteen days. One decision.
You see the whole calendar before you sign. The same people who scope it are the people who ship it.
Days 1–2
The bet
We write who it is for, what they do now, and the one thing this build must prove.
Days 3–5
The shape
Screens for that one flow. You can click through them before we build the rest.
Days 6–10
The build
The working product goes up on a real URL. You use it while we are still in it.
Days 11–12
The signal
A handful of the actual users try it. We write down what they did, not what they promised.
Days 13–14
Ship or stop
A recommendation: keep building, change the offer, or stop. The code is already in your account.
Stack
Tools we ship with.
We pick a boring, proven stack unless the product needs something else. You own the repo from day one.

The team
Small on purpose.
You talk to the people doing the work. There is no account layer between you and the build.
Noman Jafar
Founder & Lead Engineer
Scopes the bet, writes most of the backend, and owns the deploy.
Abdul Rehman
Co-founder
Leads the frontend and mobile work, from first screen to store build.
M Faizan Javed
Engineer
Builds web features and the screens that make up each sprint.
Umer Hayat
Engineer
Builds web features and keeps the build moving between reviews.
Founder
A note from the founder.
Why the work stops at fourteen days, and what you should expect if you start.
I have spent years writing software for other people's products, and the expensive mistakes were rarely in the code. They were months of building before anyone outside the room had used the thing. ProveMVP fixes the order. Fourteen days is long enough to put something real in front of the people you think will pay, and short enough that stopping is still cheap. If the signal is good, we stay and build the rest. If it is not, you keep the code and the notes.
