Fourteen days. One decision.
Day by day through a 14-day ProveMVP sprint: scope, design, build, signal, and a ship-or-stop decision.
Day 1
Kickoff
We meet, name the user, and write the bet on one page. Anything that does not serve that bet is out.
Day 2
Scope lock
You sign the one-page scope. We list what will be clickable on day 14 and what will not.
Day 3
Flows
The path from first screen to the moment of proof, drawn before pixels.
Day 4
Interface
The core screens, in a file you can comment on the same day.
Day 5
Click-through
You walk the flow. We change what is wrong before build starts.
Day 6
Foundation
Repo in your GitHub, staging URL, accounts, and the empty product standing up.
Day 7
First flow
The main path works end to end, even if the edges are still rough.
Day 8
Data
Real-looking records, the states that matter, and the empty state.
Day 9
Edges
Errors, permissions, and the one admin view the operator needs.
Day 10
Your pass
You use it. We fix what blocks a stranger from finishing the job.
Day 11
First users
The people from the bet try the product. We watch or read the notes.
Day 12
What happened
A short write-up: what they did, where they stopped, what we would change.
Day 13
Harden
The fixes that change the signal. Polish that does not change it waits.
Day 14
The decision
We walk the product with you and leave a written keep, change, or stop.
Questions
- What if the two weeks say stop?
- That is a finished outcome. You keep the code, the notes, and the recommendation. We do not stretch a weak signal into a longer build.
- Who owns the code?
- You do. The repository lives in your GitHub organization from the first commit. You can remove our access any day.
- Can you do more than the MVP?
- Yes. Web, mobile, design, AI features, cloud, QA, and a monthly care agreement are all on the services page. The sprint is how most new clients start.
- What does it cost?
- The 2-week MVP is $4,900 fixed: half to start, half on day 14. Discovery is $1,500. Builds after the sprint are quoted per milestone, usually from $9,000. The pricing page has the details.
- You are in Pakistan. How does working together look?
- We overlap with US mornings and the full UK and European day. You get a daily written update, a shared Slack or WhatsApp channel, and a call whenever the scope needs a decision.
- Is there a contract?
- Yes. A short agreement covering scope, price, timeline, IP assignment to you, and confidentiality. We are happy to sign your NDA before the first call.
- Where do the first users come from?
- You bring five to ten people from your list or network: the ones you think will pay. We write the invite, run or record the sessions, and write down what they did. If you have no one yet, start with discovery.
- Do you take equity?
- No. The work is paid. Equity makes the stop decision harder, and the stop decision is the point.
